    Superb. The team were professional, expert, courteous, flexible, tidy and fast. All you need to do is give them nice coffee. It was also the cheapest quote we got, so great value for money too.

    A Bird Tree surgery were fabulous, fast with quote and communication from Tamsin was wonderful. The surgeons arrived on time, were very professional and fast. Checked I was happy with the finish and tidied everything away. I would highly recommend.

    Highly recommended for all tree work!

    Excellent service from start to finish. A free no obligation quote was booked and Alex arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable. Very competitive pricing and first class communication. I had some extensive hedges trimmed and the team were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

    unprofessional and unpleasant

    I have worked with contractors for over 30 years in my professional life and never had to deal with a company as unprofessional and unpleasant as this. This is the first, and I hope the last, time I have left a negative review for a contractor. Their poor communication led to problems and, when I complained that they hadn’t done the job as their quotation, I was misled and threatened with legal action if I did not pay the full invoice. They have left the Cypress tree with long, bare, cut branches, it looks terrible.

    Dear Miriam, thank you for revising your 1st review on here with lies that has now been removed. After 3 days on site working on your neighbours trees, you changed the scope and over several months prior to this and extra work carried out, you refused to pay the bill on your neighbours trees as you put incorrect planning in (and got TPO's put on their trees), which they paid. All work approved by Swale Borough Council. Please read over 550+ reviews about our company as you are the 1st negative review in 11 years.
