All in all an excellent service all the way from quotation to job completion. Everything happened as and when informed it would. Clearly highly experienced engineer working with his young and polite apprentice. They both demonstrated how everything worked and were not in a hurry to leave. I have been using Ability Security for around 5 years. They first came out to assist with an issue I had with an old alarm when we moved into our present home and the alarm kept going off. I was very happy with the response and service from them. As a result when I looked to installing a new alarm I decided to include Ability in the quote process. I was happy with their solution and the costs so based on our previous experience it was an easy decision to go with them. I have never regretted it.
