Appalling experience.
We had an onsite visit a The quote was high - thought we would be paying for great workmanship/customer support.
Unfortunately, the plumber was flummoxed by the sink installation and spent 5 hours to complete the job, only for us to find the waste pipes were leaky and the dishwasher waste left loose. They came back today to fix the job but still leaking and we have been told that they will charge us to return to the property and for new parts. We are refusing to pay more so now left hanging with no word from Ability

We quoted for a new sink and waste, and to connect a dishwasher. The client would supply the sink, and we would supply the waste trap. However, when we arrived to complete the job, we were presented with a double sink which had non standard waste connections. Our engineer pointed out that we should order the adapters for the waste as adapting the standard fittings may lead to leaks. The engineer completed the work and tested with no leaks at that time. The client contacted us the next day to arrange a warranty call and as it was a Friday and not an emergency we agreed to attend on the Monday morning. The engineer confirmed that we needed to order the fittings, and we were waiting for confirmation from our supplier of a price and lead time of parts. The client called multiple times while we were waiting for this information, then this review was left. Since then, we have been back to the client’s house and replaced the fittings, and we did not charge for them as they were not expensive. We do our best to work with our customers and find a reasonable solution to problems.
