This is an update on a previous review. Work at time was excellent, workers excellent. Communication with ats poor. I suggest after the work you hold back some payment till you have tried out the garden. I've still got bits need finishing and it's been 6 months. My grass was ruined and now if it rains or the grandkids play with their water toys it turns into a bog. So fed up with it not being finished. I just wanted a nice garden for the summer. I hate giving bad reviews, but I've been left no choice.

Transforming my garden into a beautiful oasis I can finally enjoy was made possible thanks to Simon and his team at Abery Trade Services. From the initial site visit Simon was friendly and helped me form and visualise my idea for the garden. He handled many back and forth changes to the quote with friendly professionalism and always responded promptly. Communication leading up to and throughout the project was great, and he went above and beyond with the execution. It was a delight having his team around for 2 weeks and I wouldn't look elsewhere for any future landscaping needs.

I began the project a little unsure as to what could be achieved on a sloping and soggy plot. ATS helped me visualise the project and helped me realise the potential of the project. They really tried to understand what I wanted, and delivered. I was impressed that having installed a significant part of the patio they were not satisfied with the finish (I had not noticed any issue) and they ripped it up and restarted. Their attention to details was a credit. The final invoice was exactly as quoted despite improvement to the design during the project. Highly recommended.

Simon was great from the moment we met to discuss our wants and needs. The 2 gentlemen that carried out the work were grafters and very friendly. It only took 4 days to complete and the finished product is fantastic. I would definitely recommend using ATS Landscapes. I may even use them again for some new fencing :) Thanks chaps!

From the moment Simon came to give a quote I knew I was in safe hands. Poor man had me changing things every 2 minutes to get to the price I could afford. He didn't complain once. The team that arrived were amazing. Always on time, worked solid all day every day not stopping for breaks and drinking coffee at the same time as working. They discussed and confirmed every step with me. The work was impeccable. I would never use a different company, anything that I need done in future will go through them. Taylor and Reece are such lovely guys, I didn't want them to leave. Full marks all round.

Couldn't be happier with the work carried out by Simon and his team. Our garden was in need of a complete refurb including new fencing , removal of multiple trees / stumps , re-turf, addition of new trees and new extended patio. The team were highly professional throughout and couldn't be more helpful with any queries we had. Will definitely use ATS again for future works.
