  A very positive experience

  My experience of AES has been entirely positive, from the visit to my property to gather requirements a few days after my initial contact, producing a quotation speedily, and carrying out the installation of air conditioning on the date agreed and very tidily. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

  Polite, efficient and no suprises

  It was a big spend for me and so was keen to get a decent supplier. After initially phoning a number of companies, they were happy to give me a price over the phone using Google maps but as I have a messy roof, wanted an on site quote to be certain all parties knew exactly what was what. AES, being a local company, came out to my house and we agreed the type & number of panels, battery details and cable runs. Where they came into their own was during the install process, everything was done in two days which considering I had 21 panels was impressive. After sales has been solid as well

  The team were friendly and explained in understandable terms what they were doing. They were efficient, and left the room clean and swept. They helped get the app working so I could immediately see the flow of electricity!

  AES were verty quick to respond for information on air con. The Engineer made a site visit and explained all the technical requirements. He recommended a particular system and also recommended an additional piece of equipment that divers solar power to water heating. I had never considered this. It was a few months between site visit and commencement of work but I was kept informed on the progress of new parts arrival into the country. Once the work stated the team were excellent. very careful with the fabric of the property. They were fast, efficient and left the house spotless.

  This is an excellent company, they installed my heat pump which has worked really well. They use high quality materials which they themselves trust and offer a very personal aftercare , always responding to phone calls and emails. I would highly recommend them.
