  Great Solar Work by AES

  The guys at AES have been brilliant from quotation to remedial works to our 20 year old solar panel system. The quality of the work has been exceptional with continuous communication at every step of the way. Everything was explained in detail with friendly advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending AES and give them a 5 star review

  Great customer support

  AES fitted our ASHP and have provided ongoing support. They are readily contactable and responsive where we do need support, often calling back within a few hours. In this case, one of our thermostats had become uncoupled from the main control hub. They advised on a temporary solution over the phone, and sent an electrician the next day to sort the permanent solution. They have always been responsive and helpful, would highly recommend.

  Excellent service throughout

  AES designed and implemented my heat pump and quite complex UFH system a few years ago, and is still servicing it. They have been truly professional from start to finish (and ongoing) and I warmly recommend them to anyone looking for peace of mind

  The best tradesmen I have ever encountered

  I have an annual service contract with AES after they fitted a heat pump when we were doing extension work at the house. I can recommend them unreservedly, they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly, explaining exactly what they are doing and how it works if you want to know. None of this work is 'cheap' but it's long-term and I have no reason to think it won't last as I believe they have researched it well themselves. On a practical basis, they are good at organising appointments and turn up when they say they will.

  Finally our underfloor works properly.

  After living here for about seven and a half years, we called in AES Ltd. to sort out our underfloor heating system, and finally it works brilliantly - in fact better than we've ever known it to. Should have called them in ages ago. They're not cheap, but they're worth it!
