Alex replied to my request immediately and rang me within 1 minute. He told me he could be there within the hour and he stuck to his word. Very professional and respectful to the house and obviously very good at his job. Explained that he was doing and what he may be able to do for us in the future

Alex did a great job installing a new RCD unit and replacing some plug socket faces, which needed a bit more attention than first anticipated. He completed the job with no issues. He was punctual, tidy, and clearly knows his trade. Everything was left safe, neat, and working perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alex for any electrical work—reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to deal with.

Alex was great, posted an issue about my electric water heater not working, Alex called me in about 30 mins of posting the ad and offered to stop by a bit later on that day after he had finished his jobs. Alex identified the heating element had gone, we discussed a price for fitting and ordering a like for like unit and arranged to come back in a couple of days, I realised my bathroom fan was also on its way out, he offered to change it for a new one at no additional charge if I brought one from screw fix. Did the work today, and followed up this evening on text making sure I was happy

Came round promptly to assess issue with extractor fan, adjusted settings & gave informed & honest appraisal as to longer term solution to the problem, seemed knowledgeable & professional, will be using their services again & would recommend.
