  Knocked my wall over while collecting Porta-Loo

  I am giving this company 0 not because of the service they provided but because in providing the service they damaged my wall and would not admit liability. Although I have no CCTV or eye witness account of the incident. They were the only people to drive their vehicle onto my drive on the day in question. So my advice would be not to deal with this company on the basis that they are dishonest.

  We are sorry that we could not help resolve the issue, however, it is worth mentioning that you didn’t not order anything from our company and you have not been a customer of Abee Hire. We provided a portable toilet service to someone else, which we understood was your neighbour. There were no complaints whatsoever with our services and we parted ways without any issues. After the collection of the loo, our customer raised the issue of a small damage to a garden wall, and we were put in contact to you. We addressed the matter and went back and forth requesting proof, as the depot has investigated the matter and there were no signs of collision on the truck and the driver denied getting close to the property wall. Because there was no proof and the driver denied it, transport advised anyone could’ve damaged the wall and they can’t take responsibility for it. We have tried to the best of our ability to get a satisfactory agreement, however, this was up to the depot.

  Equipment hire, supply of building materials

  We regularly use the services of Abee Hire for hiring various equipment (skip, mobile toilet, fencing, digger, etc.) and for supply of building materials. The team of Abee Hire consist of a few very professional and experienced ladies, responding usually within half an hour to any queries and orders. Orders usually fulfilled within a couple of days, often next day. I would recommend using this company, if you need a reliable supplier.
