I was called within half hour of posting the job, much quicker than I imagined. Andy came next morning, did his checks, replaced the element then checked it was working fine. I've since messaged him to say thanks.

Saved Christmas! Amazed Andy replied to messages late on a Sunday and then was here the next morning so close to Christmas! Can actually cook Christmas lunch now, couldn't be more thankful!

Great service from Andy on both occasions. Responded to our messages and responded quickly. Very professional, diagnosed and fixed the issue with our washing machine (much cheaper than buying a new one) and advised us that wasn’t worth fixing the dishwasher, repair would outweigh the cost of fixing it. Definitely recommend Andy and would use him again in future.

Investigated an E1 error with my dishwasher, suggested the error might be with the pump, told me he would contact me the next morning, and then I never heard from him again.
