I had my windows done just before Christmas from abc windows, from the initial call out to the fitting day Ian and his team were excellent to deal with, Ian’s price was very competitive, laura kept us up to date with delivery and fitting dates etc, and the fitter Jeff was on time, he done a great job, everywhere was left clean and tidy, I would definitely recommend abc windows

I contacted them to replace a back door at a rental property in Liverpool. They were responsive initially and came out to measure, but the door that arrived was the wrong size. Although I clearly specified delivery times and afternoon fitting due to the tenant working nights, this wasn’t adhered to. Communication deteriorated after the initial contact, and the tenant was unhappy with their attitude while on site. The door itself is fine and reasonably priced, but the making good is sub-standard (see photos). I also had to repeatedly chase for an invoice for my accounts.

Had a full house of windows, doors and bifold doors fitted, Ian and fitters were very reliable, price was very good, job was done really tidy, house looks fantastic, very pleased, we would 100% recommend abc windows

We needed a new front door, plus a new side door and ABC was very helpful throughout the selection process. Then we paid a deposit and were given a delivery date and an installation date. The two doors arrived exactly on time and installation started next day as planned. The work was done quickly, very professionally and with all mess completely cleaned up. The doors were perfectly fitted and they look amazing. We chose ABC Windows and Doors because of a family member's recommendation. We are now recommending ABC ourselves. Excellent. Thank you ABC.
