  Good quality, no price transparency

  Overall quality was good, the engineer clearly explained the issue but my only issue was on the transparency on the money side and it was a bit messy. It costed me £50 extra without adding any extra service. The original scope was agreed at £120 over phone call and scope over text message and then the guy asked for extra £50.

  Had a toilet flushing issue, turns out we needed the entire tank changed. ABC managed to change all the parts in good time, thanks once again for getting the job done!

  The guys were busy & stuck in traffic, but when they arrived they were courteous, polite and very efficient. Fixed the job immediately & I would use them again

  Cistern change that turned into a whole new toilet being installed!!

  Rude, arrogant and aggressive. Charged me £900 for a £129 toilet that i didn't need or want. Made me pay him direct rather than Checkatrade that I said I wanted to pay. Wouldn't give me a breakdown of costs receipt until i paid. Then discovered I couldn't shut bathroom door as the toilet was sticking out to far!!!! Came back to cut a bit of pipe off the back to make it fit, used one of my expensive knives without my knowlege or consent. Wouldn't quote me how much per hour before starting the job. Only after he had done it. Left the bathroom in a right mess, refused to take rubbish!
