10 Emergency repair to patio door

Andy arrived very quickly to look at our large patio door which was locked without being fully shut. He quickly sorted the problem, advised us how to avoid the problem in future and gave us advice about possibly replacing the units. Andy put a warm roof on our conservatory. His work and finish is meticulous. The roof looks wonderful from both inside and outside. The difference in temperature is what we had hoped for. Andy updated the side panes to triple glaze with a special coating and this too has made a difference. He also painted the conservatory so that it is finished to a very high standard throughout. I spoke to Andy in the morning and he came out that afternoon, to investigate the leak, let us know what needed repairing and came back the next day and repaired the leak. Andy arrived on time and worked to try to stop the leak. It was difficult to work out exactly where the leak was. It rained that night and there was still water coming in although a lot less.
