He is very good and polite

Marko is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He did all he could to try and fix the washing machine, though unfortunately in the end it will need to be replaced given it’s very old. He also gave me some very useful tips on how to maintain both my washing machine as well as dishwasher.

Prompt to respond - very polite and helpful on email, phone and in person. Fast availability, came at 8am in an 8-12pm slot, fixed the problem quickly for a very reasonable fee.
