Hocine was off sick the day I called and he still came out to stop the tap from running. He then ordered me new taps and fitted them. Without asking, he reattached the sink as it was slightly wobbly to make it safe. He did that free of charge. He was really brilliant.Verified reviewerJob location: TN38
