After torrential rain, I had lost most of my freesat channels

The workman arrived the following morning as planned. After checking satellite dish he found that the LNB had degraded and there was a big hole in the white cap and the plastic cap had clearly degraded badly and was very brittle after 16 years. Water had got in. He replaced the LNB with a better quality one with thicker cap. I then checked my Television, and all channels were back, working perfectly. Garden was very wet, but he left grass without damage, despite ladder. He was friendly,polite and efficient and got the job done. I would recommend this company. A++
