  Great service and a partner for solving issues

  Richard was great to work with - he was honest and open to ideas on how to tackle the issues identified (leaks in roof) and balanced these with guidance on how much a solution would cost. His comms were great before the job and in person, and he was quick when on site. Highly recommended and would happily use again.

  Great service provided by a company that cares

  Abbotts Maintenance have solved a long running guttering issue at the front of my house that other roofers had failed to fix. Mr. Abbott took the trouble to look at different options in order to find angle joints that worked with my front bay, explaining each to me and the pricing differential involved so I could make an informed decision. The work was scheduled and completed promptly, and after 3 weeks of significant rainfall the new guttering has proved to be a success. I would definitely recommend Abbotts based on my experience.

  Professional and Dependable

  I have a few rental properties in North London and over the years have used high street named gutter cleaning/repair companies and been disappointed. It is an important job and yet the job was always slapdash and told it was fine. After several damp issues resulting in bad guttering, I read about Richard at Abbotts Maintenance and thought it was time to take it serious. I am so pleased I did. Richard is 100% engaged, no nonsense and a very experienced professional. He is also sensibly priced, and follows through dependably. I have no hesitation in recommending him!
