  Richard did an excellent job, we are very happy with the results. He was professional, polite, punctual and very tidy. The work was explained in full with a detailed quote.   We are very happy with the work Richard completed to replace some rotting old guttering. He explained the various options - with costings - and carried out the work exactly as agreed and arranged, contacting us before arriving to let us know he was on the way. Thank you, Richard.
