  Professional and Dependable

  I have a few rental properties in North London and over the years have used high street named gutter cleaning/repair companies and been disappointed. It is an important job and yet the job was always slapdash and told it was fine. After several damp issues resulting in bad guttering, I read about Richard at Abbotts Maintenance and thought it was time to take it serious. I am so pleased I did. Richard is 100% engaged, no nonsense and a very experienced professional. He is also sensibly priced, and follows through dependably. I have no hesitation in recommending him!

  Leaking Gutter

  No fuss - arrived and did the job professionally - replacing and realigning a leaking gutter at the top of the house. We've had heavy rain and the problem has been fixed. Very impressed. - would recommend Richard.

  Richard did an excellent job, we are very happy with the results. He was professional, polite, punctual and very tidy. The work was explained in full with a detailed quote. It was completed on time and there was no mess. I have used Richard before and will do so again without hesitation. I would definitely recommend Abbotts Maintenance Ltd.
