Mario was wonderful in solving my conservatory leaks. He was very polite, friendly and very efficient. He has returned to my house to do additional work. I highly recommend him.

I asked Mario to take a look at our leaking window and patio doors, having previously been shrugged off by another window repairer who could not find the source of the problems. Mario took a proactive and thoughtful approach, opening up the window to inspect the internal mechanism, and resealing the patio doors and has resolved all our issues for us. He also re-sealed internally, taking a great deal of care with the paintwork, and cleaed up very neatly at the end. He turned up on time and is responsive to Whatsapps. I would recommend him highly.

I had an urgent issue with my conservatory roof, and Mario from Abbots Windows was outstanding. He accommodated me on the same day, which was a relief. He tackled a tricky repair effortlessly and quickly pinpointed effective solutions. Mario is honest, reliable, and truly embodies professionalism. Highly recommend!

Mario was very helpful, told us to call him again if my window started leaking again, he came back twice with no problem and I think it’s finely fixed, it was a velux roof window Which was difficult to get to. Wouldn’t hesitate to phone Abbots Windows if I had another problem
