    Excellent Service & Aftercare

Windows and front door replaced 6 years ago, pleased with it all. Had a couple of niggles recently with the front door and a window. The whole process from contacting Louise at Abbey Windows Servicing to Andre the technician coming to fix things was very slick and professional.

Great doors, functional and look good!

    Posted 17 October

I had a new back door and changed sliding doors to French doors with integrated blinds. From my visit to the showroom, arranging the surveyor and installation dates, all communication has been excellent. The installation went cleanly and smoothly, with such attention to detail, that I couldn't be happier. The doors look good and from the start, so much better quality than my old ones. I would definitely recommend.

Warranty for the sake of it - Be careful

    Posted 08 September

Abbey Windows 10 years warranty on Doors is voided (or cut short to a year) as soon as property is tenanted during or after installation. They arranged an appointment for door adjustment for free under the 10 years warranty & I made aware that property is tenanted. While appointment was scheduled for a later date, I had an argument as the key was broken on key hole by the tenant & should be covered under warranty. After this call, this guy informed the team & they send an email stating that the would now charge £175 for the visit for fix the door which was earlier covered under warranty.
