Great communication from start to finish. Problem started with new taps, found a bigger problem and sorted it straight away.

Lee fixed a leaking toilet for me. He quickly worked out what the problem was and gave me a quote before starting. He was speedy efficient and friendly. When an issue with piping emerged he carefully explained and showed me the problem so we could agree what to do about it. Strongly recommend.

Fitted new kitchen sink tap. Lee was excellent responding to my text messages. Offered me a selection of possible designs for new taps and was able to fit quickly. Stayed true to original quote. Very polite and friendly. Would definitely use again.
