Excellent work

I can’t recommend Mark highly enough. He came to look at a small plastering issue in my bathroom and honestly told me I didn’t need the job done, just a bit of paint. He could have charged me, but chose integrity instead, saving me a lot of money. I fixed it myself thanks to his advice. He’s a genuinely lovely guy, professional and honourable. Rare to meet someone so honest. I’d happily recommend him and will call him first for future work.

Professional and very clean. Mark was on time and a solid worker. Extremely happy with the plastering, including coving. Great knowledge and tips provided. So happy we are getting him back to paint!

Mark was fantastic from start to finish. He responded promptly to my enquiry and came to assess the work needed very quickly. He arrived the next day exactly on time and carried out the job to a very high professional standard. The finish was excellent, and he worked efficiently while keeping everything tidy. On top of that, Mark is such a friendly and approachable guy, which made the whole process stress-free. Mark was able to come out on the same day, and did exactly what we asked for. He also advised on the best option to take. He was easy to communicate with and worked quickly but was also very tidy. There was barely any mess left, and considering that he took plaster off the walls that not an easy feat! We’d definitely recommend him and have saved his number for future jobs during our renovation.

They provided updates during the job. They did however put holes in my flaw and didn’t tell me that their plastering job would be uneven before they started. They also broke a handle and unnecessarily ripped part of the paint work off a wall that wasn’t being re-plastered; it now needs rectifying beyond what can be fixed with just paint. They didn’t take responsibility for this when asked. They also left a smear mark on wall in a hallway that wasn’t having any plastering work done - an area of which was left filthy in between their visits when completing the job.
