  Driveway

  Where do I start… James was amazing from start to finish, his team worked with speed and precision. I explained that we needed to have our driveway done before our dropped kerb was installed and my gosh did he deliver. It took him a day and a half to complete my driveway and the end result is breathtakingly beautiful. Initially we didn’t really know what we wanted so James designed it for us - taking our needs and concerns into consideration and I couldn’t be happier. I’d use Abbey Landscapes again in a heart beat. Can’t fault them. They even fixed my garden gate! I’ll be a lifelong client!

  Aftercare lacking - promises not kept.

  The new driveway was laid and a good job done, however the price I was quoted for the whole job, no additions - did NOT include VAT, which made quite a difference to the final price. The aftercare leaves a lot to be desired. My neighbours fence and wall were damaged during the building of my wall, my neighbour was away at the time, so we didn't notice straight away. Phone calls and emails have failed to get it repaired despite promises to do so.

  Super efficient and hard working

  James and his team ripped up and replaced a large patio area surrounding our house this past week. James was incredibly prompt and responsive in turning round quotes and decision points, the team turned up on Monday morning and turned the whole job around to a high quality finish by Thursday. A whole team were put on the job at once, they worked respectfully and incredibly hard to remove trees, shift tonnes of earth and neatly lay and grout a huge amount of new sandstone - it now looks like a new house. Extra points for jet washing the front drive without even being asked on their way out.

  First class job

  They carried out work involving removal of our front lawn and paving with brickettes. The guys were a treat to have around, very sociable but also very experienced. They did a first class job, we are very pleased. Would recommend them.
