  Miles arrived on time with a friendly attitude. He came prepared and completed the job with a professionalism without wasting time. He even helped us setting up our wi-fi.

  The Freesat box was not receiving a signal.

  Miles was very prompt with his response to our request about the job and upfront about the cost. Including the worst case scenario when he called us. The call out was free. He rang, to advise us when he would be arriving. And turned up within the time frame he gave us. He talked us through the problem and showed us that the satellite dish was not receiving a signal. Miles was clear about the next steps. He was very friendly and carried out the work thoroughly and cleanly. We'd definitely use him again.
