Would definitely use Abacus again and recommend them to others. Clearance team turned up promptly on time, were polite, curtious, friendly, helpful. Were approachable and got stuck in straight away. Cleaned up after themselves. Only positive things to say about the guy Emma was truly helpful with the admin stuff always taking time to be helpful and friendly giving that proffession personal touch on the phone. Was a pleasure dealing with Abacus in a difficult time.

From start to finish they were professional, helpful and kept me updated with what was happening. Admin in the office was an absolute star, giving help and advice about obtaining a parking permit. Nothing was too much. The gentlemen who cleared the flat were quick, efficient, and friendly. I went through each room explaining what needed to go and then got out of their way and left them to it. They did not complain even though most items were heavy and bulky and the flat was on the second floor with no lifts. I highly recommend Abacus and would use this company again if I had a need.
