Phoned Darren and he turned up as promised. He carried out an inspection of the blocked drain with CCTV. He explained what the problem was and how he would rectify it together with a quote which we accepted. We have had problems with this drain before. He returned a couple of days later with the requisite equipment. He described what they were doing and completed the repair which should be a permanent fix. They also cleared up after they had finished. Very pleased with the result and service.

Called Abacus Drain Repair to carry out a cctv scan of soil pipes from the man hole in the drive to the toilet and air vent pipe. Live in a bungalow. Also main soil pipe out into the road. Plus our neibours soil pipe to their house. Because RATS our in our sewer system and have chewed through the plastic flexi pipe connecting the toilet to the soil pipe in the house over the road. Flooding the house flushing the toilet. We had a rat vent fitted in the man hole soil pipe to stop the rats entering. On time and gave a reduction on agreed price because job was completed quicker than estimated.

The team from Abacus were absolutely brilliant with a tricky situation for us moving into a new flat - they came out within 24 hours to review the situation and came back the next day to do the work. Their communication was great both over email etc but also in person, taking the time to explain what they were going to do and were super friendly and helpful. They were very professional and worked really efficiently, finishing quickly and left everything looking great. They literally rescued our whole summer - highly recommended!
