The team from Abacus were absolutely brilliant with a tricky situation for us moving into a new flat - they came out within 24 hours to review the situation and came back the next day to do the work. Their communication was great both over email etc but also in person, taking the time to explain what they were going to do and were super friendly and helpful. They were very professional and worked really efficiently, finishing quickly and left everything looking great. They literally rescued our whole summer - highly recommended!

I had a text responding to my general request within minutes. I called Darren and we agreed he would be round the next morning. He came with his van and another team member and fixed the problem, identifying the cause and suggesting some longer term remedial action, but certainly not overselling it. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience in solving what was a very messy and smelly problem.

I have slow draining initially in the kitchen and then upstairs bathroom at the same time, which plumbers could not fix. Swift response from Darren who came with his team on the next morning to inspect my outdoor drain with CCTV and cleared the drain with the picote machine. The guys are friendly and professional. I would recommend Abacus and use them again.
