He came out quickly for a quote visit. Was friendly and gave a good-priced wood for the work. A few weeks later, we accepted the quote and arranged a time. On the arranged date, he didn't appear, when phoning to inquire what had happened, he seemed to have forgotten about the appointment but rearranged for the next working day (he offered a Saturday but it didn't work for us) when he arrived promptly and carried out the works efficiently and to a good standard.
