Aaron arrived on the same day as requested to find the electricity fault with the boiler. He was extremely thorough, checking every potential issue that might have been causing the fault. Aaron called me on a bank holiday to assess the job over the phone . An electrician turned up the next day a within 15 mins knew exactly what needed doing to my cold hot water tank , hot water was running perfectly well by the time he left . Excellent service and communication, recommended 5* Ty !

In the end, we didn't really have an electrical problem, but neither we nor Aaron actually knew that until he came by to see what the issue was. Not only did Aaron come the day that we contacted him, but he was incredibly kind and patient in helping to determine that there really wasn't a problem after all.
