The bathroom was originally installed by Wickes a couple of years ago, but despite months of arguing with them they refused to help with the grout issue. Turns out the tiles were not laid properly on installation and the tile was not stuck down, causing the grout to crack as the tile moved when walked on. Tile was replaced with spare one we had, and poxygrout was used for stronger fixing. Asllan was very friendly and skilled, sorted the issue out within 48 hours of contact and did the job properly. Very impressed. Even did a sweep of the rest of the bathroom and regrouted where needed.

Asllan was very quick to respond to my job request. He was punctual, efficient, extremely polite and professional. He is very hard working and focused. The job was completed very quickly over 2 days and done beautifully. Could not be happier with end result. Highly recommend.
