Mark did the work finding the solution to move a pipe that many others did not do He discussed the work clearly and was reliable on the quotation

The company did a good review of the site, were informative in assessing options and gave a competitive quote. Once appointed the work was completed on time and to a great standard. Mark and team also fully flushed the existing system to ensure the new boiler was added to clean set up. As the replacement boiler was onto a highly customised system with smart settings, some follow-up was required as we collectively tried to reverse engineer the existing system, Mark was very helpful in figuring things out and did not hesitate to come out for follow up site visits until we were comfortable.

Mark fitted one of the most complex Reverse Osmosis 7-stage water filters with storage tank into a tiny under sink space. He had to creatively replumb all the waste lines to create space and managed to make the entire thing fit. He also diagnosed a bad electrical socket which he replaced. Mark is a deeply experienced plumber and a genuine nice guy. Easy to work with, fair, honest, and most importantly - his prices are VERY FAIR. Really happy with the work Mark did! THANK YOU!
