James was absolutely fantastic. He was punctual upon arrival, looked at the job, explained and showed what needed doing, went and got the bits and job done. Work area left clean and tidy, really pleased.

There was a small miscommunication regarding removal of the old washing machine but the contractor resolved the issue promptly :)
