Anthony was really helpful with advice prior to fitting which really helped as we had little experience with Air Con. The guys turned up on time to fit the inside unit early (our request) so a carpet could be fitted without the risk of damage. The guys then came back a few days later to fit the outside unit, connect and test it. It was all completed efficiently and to a high standard as you would hope. We then had it all set up wi-fi wise and follow up to ensure it all worked was there from Anthony......great job, thank you
