I found them fair and reasonable in the past, not this time. Wanted 1st yr service on a very low mileage car, as per the Manufacturer's schedule. They made a point of saying their software dictated changing the cabin filter as well, but didn’t say either then, or on the ‘quote’ of "£xxx + cabin filter", that it was £45. I wouldn't have gone ahead if I'd known, as I got the impression they wouldn't carry out the service without the filter. Surprised the software takes precedence. I also discovered accidentally, that I'd been substantially overcharged, which was later refunded.

Fantastic Result for me from a Google Search 'Tyres Gosport' Required 2 Front Tyres 'Urgently' for RR Evoque. Easy to Choose & Book online. Arrived - Clean, Fresh, Bright environment, all staff welcoming. Technician 'PF' booked for the Tyres 'Frankie' was having unexpected difficulty with another job, however was very obliging, fitted us right in, and took the extras I'd booked off the price as they were included anyway !! Professional, Polite, Friendly - I had no idea A&S Motors was tucked away behind the petrol station 'What a Gem' of a find. Will use again 10/10. Thankyou.

The workshop is clean and spacious. Staff are very welcoming and polite. I enjoyed my experience with A & S Motors! I appreciated the time taken to advise me on the safety aspect of each advisory.
