Mark did a good job removing wall paper and painting the hall way, stairs and bedroom. There were a couple of bits that needed touching up but he came back and did them quickly. Good communication and a nice guy.

Mark was excellent to deal with. He responded quickly and arrived on time to replace silicon sealing around bath and sinks. The quality of his work was very good indeed. A quick and tidy worker. I highly recommend and will be using his services again.

The small front bedroom, painted and decorated well. Built in wardrobe/storage cupboard removed. Walls made good, sanded down etc, good preparation work. Worked late to finish job, took up old carpet,disposed of materials that he had room to take Polite, hard working person. Very pleased with finished room

We contracted Mark for the refurbishment of a six-unit HMO and are very pleased with the result. Prior to the start of work, he gave valuable input on design and fit-out and even produced CGI visuals to help with planning. Mark and his team handled everything from electrical and plumbing work to installing two full-size kitchens and six kitchenettes, upgrading bathrooms, fitting fire doors, replacing flooring, installing skirting and architraves, painting and decorating throughout, and installing all HMO compliance features. The project was completed on time and to a high standard!
