  Jeremy is super!

  Jeremy and Andrew are always helpful. We are a small family run nursing home. The building and much of the pipework has been replaced but we often need an urgent repair and Jeremy is always on hand to help. We would highly recommend A&J Punter Ltd.

  Water leak

  Andrew very promptly sorted out a water leak this week. He also carries out the pre-Winter boiler service. He's knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I thoroughly recommend him.

  Boiler servicing

  Andrew carried out our annual boiler servicing and also managed to quickly solve an existing problem with our hot water. He was very friendly and generous with advice regarding some potential work we may be doing in the future. I would definitely recommend.

  Heating completely failed during a January cold snap - disaster averted

  We have wet underfloor heating throughout our home, all controlled by the Heatmiser App. It messaged us January 2025 to say our kitchen was sub 5 degrees. Not what you want to see when you're on a month long trip to Argentina. Our neighbours kindly let the plumbers in, they identified & bypassed the issue (phew); got the heating going again; ordered relevant spares & popped back 3 weeks later to put a more permanent fix in place We're very happy with the speed & quality of service provided + very fair pricing. Will definitely use them again

  Central Heating

  If you want a job done correctly then don’t look any further than A and J Punter. They know their trade, unlike many plumbers. They don’t stop until the issue is sorted, wouldn’t recommend them enough, 5* in every way!
