  Excellent spec, fair price and a really neat installation

  A&J Cooling installed a Fujitsu wall-mounted air conditioning unit in my bedroom. Adam surveyed the room properly and specified the right unit for it, taking the trouble to understand what I actually needed. The price was reasonable and set out clearly before any work started. Adam and his partner John were polite throughout and answered every question quickly, including several after the job was finished. They care about how the installation looks, and getting the aesthetics right clearly matters to them. A superb job, and I would recommend them to anyone.

  Fantastic service

  Adam came along exactly on time and completed the service efficiently. A few months later I had a problem which had nothing to do with the service he did and I sent a text asking for advice. He quickly called me back, even though it was a Saturday evening, and gave me excellent advice. Adam then kept in touch throughout the repair process and gave me real confidence in getting the situation resolved under guarantee. This was way above any reasonable expectation - my take on it is that when you become a customer of A&J, they look after you. I really was blown away by the service and support.

  I recently had air conditioning installed in my home by AJ Cooling and am delighted with the result. From the initial consultation to completion, the team took the time to understand my needs and recommend the right solution. Their communication was excellent throughout, the workmanship was first-class, and they left everything spotless. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work.   Excellent service from A&J Cooling Services. They supplied and installed two air conditioning units for us, and the quality of the installation was first class. They’ve also maintained the units throughout the years, always providing professional, reliable, and friendly service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality air conditioning installation and maintenance. Five stars!

  Very happy with the air con we have had installed recently. Has been a life saver with the recent heatwaves, especially for our snow dogs. The work has been completed to a high standard and everything is very neat which is appreciated! Would 100% recommend. Thank you very much!
