10 A tradesman who greatly exceeded expectations.

Right from the start, Klod showed himself to be keen, enthusiastic and knowledgeable as well as someone who listened to our requirements. He was also able to make suggestions, recommendations and find solutions as work continued. Klod was extremely hard working and dedicated to doing an excellent job. In addition, we were very impressed with the extent of his building expertise in areas other than building porcelain patios. A&J certainly exceeded our expectations. Listened to my requirements, they told me what they would do and any prep work they would do. Allotted a time after discussion. then they did what they said. There was a lot of broken concrete and earth spoils but there was a large ground sheet. On completion of the work all the arisings and rubbish was removed and the lawn was left in a good condition. The workmen were polite cheerful and very hard working. When the work was finished I was really pleased with the result. They even returned early next morning to damp down the path. He completed line patio works on my garden last week and his work is absolutely outstanding. He is a really nice guy, helped me find the best way around it as I wasnt sure what was best in terms of quality/ price. He is very reliable and, again, quality work.
