  Construct 6x4m deck

  Took 11 days to attend for site visit. First sent a quote intended for another customer. Then quoted for 6x3 slabbed patio instead of 6x4m deck. Said email requesting an amended quote was in the trash. Quote finally provided 2x higher than checkatrade guide. Required payment of a 10% deposit before confirming a start date 6 months into the future. Clearly doesn't a want or need the job.

  We have over 100 positive reviews on Checkatrade so am very shocked to receive such a negative review. As already explained by email, at the site visit your tenant asked me to quote for a patio & I have also given you a price for decking as requested.

  Paving, new flower beds to rear garden, paving to side of house and block paving to front garden

  A&G did a fantastic job of installing a new patio using Rustic paving to rear and sides of our house, also installing raised beds and new rear fencing. To the front they installed new side fencing and driveway blockwork. The A&G team were very hardworking, courteous and kept us regularly up to date with their progress, and left the working area tidy at the end of each working day. Highly recommended.

  Fence replacement

  The workmen arrived on time, they explained to me what work was going to be done, the old fencing was removed within one hour of them starting work, they even finished early, I was very pleased with this company

  Replacing rotter sleepers holding banking in place

  Replacement Fencing

  Like many others, we had a fence (only erected 5 years ago) down. A&G replaced the posts and panels that came down as well as reinforcing the adjacent posts. Fence is much better quality than we had previous. The whole team were punctual, polite, efficient and tidy. Can't recommend A&G enough.

  Complete replacement patio

  Gary and his team were very efficient. Turned up on time every morning, very polite and cheerful. Dismantled the old patio and decking and took it away. Kept us up to date with each stage of work and always asked if we were happy with how it was going. I did change my mind on design when I saw it marked out, Gary was very happy to accommodate the alteration. They cleaned up after themselves every night and I am more than happy to recommend them for patio work.
