Mr Martin turned up on time to provide quote, and then stayed in contact whilst we waited for our slot. His team were polite, cheerful and turned up on arranged times, we had no issues with them. There was no bad language and the team were not at all intimidating so would be happy to have them work if young children/elderly were in the house. The work is obviously messy however they cleaned up as best they could at the end of the day. When we found a further small amount of damp, the team slotted us in to their rota quickly and promptly dealt with the situation. We will recommend

Andy helped us diagnose a tricky damp problem. Great communicator. Unlike others who want to charge for an expensive survey before talking to you. He went out of his way to help us figure out the cause and recommend solutions. Even suggested things that we could do as a keen DIYer to save on costs. Great guy. Would highly recommend.

Andy and the team at A&G have been fantastic. We weren't initially sure what the issue was, but Andy came for an initial visit at short notice and was back to identify the problem as well as remedial actions. We were quickly provided with a quote which allowed us to take up the team on the quote. The team were professional and able to complete the work swiftly and with minimal disruption. Everyone was very friendly and easy to get on with. Work was completed very quickly and we were able to fit in with a gap in diaries. We purchased a house that required extensive damp remedial works in the ground floor which is partially subterranean. The issues we had were rising damp, penetrating damp, mould and woodworm along with salts building up on the walls. To remedy, our kitchen, dining room, pantry and utility needed to be gutted and membraned and reboarded. Andy and his team have been excellent. They has been consistently professional, punctual and incredibly helpful, always going out of their way to do extra. On top of this, they are all very personable.
