Firstly I can only apologise to my potential customer regarding a no show to quote works.
As you can see from all my past reviews, I have always kept clients updated.
I did attend as requested to view the potential works, unfortunately parking was an issue as in City centre, I have a long wheel based van.
I notified the customer regarding visiting arrangements problems. I requested that client forwards pictures detailing areas to be worked & quoted for.
Client replied with pictures they were just seeking advice regarding property. Advice was given as requested, then next thing I hear I have a negative review.
