  Chimney repointing

  From the first visit when he used a drone to get up close and personal with the roof, we were very impressed by Alfie. A very thorough assessment and competitive quote followed. The work was done quickly and tidily. There was an additional piece of work discovered on the day, but Alfie explained that to us and we were happy to have that done too (he also agreed to do a bit of extra pointing at our request). The work was finished late and in the dark, but the guys didn’t complain at all and were very good natured. Overall I had a good experience and id recommend them wholeheartedly

  Replacing felt

  James and the team were efficient and worked through really cold temperatures. Good communication and very polite, they left the property clear and clean when they finished. Typically it's not really rained much since the work was carried out but it looks good. Very happy with the the work and I have had no more water through the front bedroom ceiling (so far) so they did what they promised.

  Alfie is a great communicator, gave us a range of job options, and kept us informed about progress. He and his team got the work done promptly and left everything tidy. Very competitive quote too. Would definitely recommend.
