  I have used this company for several years. I had my annual boiler and central heating service done recently while I was away. The communication is very good. I really appreciate being able to just text the plumber's 'secretary' to book him in (2 - 3 weeks in advance) and the plumber also responds quickly to text queries. You get an email reminder the day before they are coming, then an invoice is emailed when the work has been done.

  Always prompt and professional service Not the cheapest but end of the day would prefer the quality of work over the cost. To go with cheapest is more often than not the wrong decision
