Contacted us quickly, arrived on time on the same day. Kept us informed of what he was doing and explained the problem very well. Had it fixed within an hour or so and even provided some basic advice. The bill was very reasonable too! I cannot fault these guys. 10/10 service and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
