  Connect LED lights which required soldering.

  They were respectful and punctual, but the quality of the soldering was poor. Although the lights came with rubber covers, they used heat-shrink tape, blaming incorrectly done channels. While the channels were an issue, this should not have affected proper connection of the lights. They seem competent at basic electrical work, such as replacing fittings, but lack the finesse needed for more skilled jobs where finish matters. I had to buy additional lights, which were refunded, and then pay another electrician to complete the work properly.

  current extractor was insufficient and condensed was tracking back and shorting the cable.

  response was same day, after sending a few photos. they were able to quote for the work needed and was completed in the next couple of days. kept me in the loop throughout the work process and finished quickly and cleanly.
