Excellent quality and quick service.

I have been having problems with one of two Yale type locks on my front door for a while and it kept getting worse. This morning it took me 25 minutes to open the door. I found A&A Sureguard's details in the local Trade Directory. I called them and explained the problem I was having . I also said that it was not too urgent nevertheless Iain arrived within an hour , quickly identified the problem and fixed the problem all within 80 minutes of me making the call, ......Thank You Iain

***** Excellent Professional Service ***** Ian went above and beyond - he changed the locks quickly and even helped with an internal door lock issue plus after finding the patio door had dropped he realigned it as well. I had identified the need to replace the lock barrel in my uPVC door, but despite numerous You Tube videos I had had no luck in removing the old barrel. AA Sureguard gave good advice over the phone with regards to measuring the existing barrel - much easier if removed! - as well as a reasonable estimate. We arranged a mutually acceptable time, and in less than a minute the barrel was out... As it happened, I had the wrong barrel, but was now able to complete the job. Very helpful, speedy, and didn't make me feel like a fool (I did that myself!)

Had a front door lock and gate lock installed by Ian today and am over the moon with the work done and price paid. Has also helped in sourcing some additional replacement keys we need. Was recommended to us and will certainly be recommending to others
