I had identified the need to replace the lock barrel in my uPVC door, but despite numerous You Tube videos I had had no luck in removing the old barrel. AA Sureguard gave good advice over the phone with regards to measuring the existing barrel - much easier if removed! - as well as a reasonable estimate. We arranged a mutually acceptable time, and in less than a minute the barrel was out... As it happened, I had the wrong barrel, but was now able to complete the job. Very helpful, speedy, and didn't make me feel like a fool (I did that myself!)

Had a front door lock and gate lock installed by Ian today and am over the moon with the work done and price paid. Has also helped in sourcing some additional replacement keys we need. Was recommended to us and will certainly be recommending to others

Ian is a fantastic tradesman, who always delivers first class work! I called him in an emergency to fix the lock on the french doors to our garden office and despite having finished work for the day, he came round within the hour to help. Friendly and efficient, he quickly identified a simple fix that avoided the cost of having to replace the lock. I wish I knew an Ian for every trade! Highly recommended and will defintely use again.

Ian responded quickly to my request for an emergency lock change for my elderly mother. The work was carried out with friendly and proffesional expertise. Communication was easy even though I live 80 miles away. I knew I could trust Ian 100% to be at my mother's house but being DBS checked gives an extra layer of confidence in my opinion .
