Agreed a time to come and look at garden and discuss work, cost etc. No show. When I contacted Arthur he said he was running late, over 2 hours late. Rescheduled a time however we missed Arthur as he was late again and I was in the garden so did not hear the doorbell. I text and rescheduled another alternative time and date again and Arthur did not show up or communicate his inability to attend at the mutually agreed time. Poor communication by Arthur and v disappointed he did not show up on multiple occasions.

Corresponding was easy. Impressed as A&A turned up earlier than planned. I was given a reasonable quote, which I agreed with. A good job done with in an hour..... I would definitely recommend this company, A&A Garden and Tree Service.

They were quick and hard working. They came when they said they would, did what we had agreed and were cheerful and good natured throughout.

Arrived on time, did a very good job, clean up afterwards, very good job done.

Professional and courteous, a terrific job done in good time, would highly recommend this company.

Turned up earlier, got to work straight away. No messing about. Job done and dusted. Solid service.
