Excellent service and quality install Recently had AA Electrical install a complete Myenergi system with Libbi battery, Eddi water heater and Zappi Glo EV charger Communication was excellent guiding me through from quote to install and options (and involved updating and connecting new circuit to my main consumer unit) The install itself was to high quality / neat & the guys ensured I was happy with way the cables were routed and to ensure not to unsightly The Myenergi system itself works great, and is very simple to use through the app Overall very happy and would recommend AA Electrical

AA Electrical were excellent. They responded on a Sunday to our original call out of hours, and then visited us the following morning to diagnose the issue with our boiler. They dealt with the manufacturer directly to attempt to repair the original boiler, we ended up replacing. On the installation day they arrived promptly, answered all our questions and swapped over the boilers without any problems. We were kept across progress through the morning, and had hot water back quickly.

Jack arrived exactly when expected. The fitting was done in very short time and with no mess. He showed us how to set up our account - very helpful. Needless to say he made sure it was working before leaving.

Alan, Jack and Sam were all friendly, polite and respectful of me and my home. They kept me fully informed as the job went on and decisions to be made. They gave the whole house a clean and vacuumed throughout before they left. I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t use anyone else now.
