We had a shower that we wanted to adapt to make it accessible for a wheelchair user, and also some bathroom cupboards to build and match the existing ones. It was a complex job but Ray took care of everything. Ray was reliable, communicated well with us, and the standard of work was excellent. We are very happy with the result.

Ray was incredibly good at keeping us updated on timelines. The job was more difficult than first anticipated but he ensured to complete everything to the highest standard. We are over the moon with the finished result!

Ray is very reliable. We have hired him a few times now after he did a very nice en-suite bathroom. This time we asked him to replace 5 radiators and 5 thermostatic valves on the remaining radiators. And he balanced the whole system. He is very thorough and he does a great job. He leaves everything nice and tidy. Our heating is much better now thanks to him.

Ray installed a new bathroom and cloakroom for us. From the beginning, Ray was extremely helpful, when quoting he explained what we could and couldn't achieve due to layout of Pipeworks etc. He spent time exploring options for bathroom cabinets, fittings and tiling with us. He was reliable, hardworking and all work was completed to a high standard, we were kept informed at all times and felt Ray went above and beyond with the work he did, even helping us find other suitable tradesmen for another renovation project in the property. Ray created a beautiful ensuite bathroom for us from scratch. He built the walls, the door frame, window frame, floor, ceiling, did all the plumbing, installed all the units and finished it to perfection. He listened to what we wanted, and accommodated all our ideas, some of them not so straight forward. He also made suggestions. He worked very precisely. Very happy with the result and the whole process from the planning phase to the finishing touch.

Ray completed a family bathroom refit and a WC refit. He was very helpful in assisting with supplying quality materials which fit the purpose of the job. He communicated with us well and let us know about unforeseen issues and gave clear advice on our options to resolve. The quality of the work is impeccable, and Ray has a keen eye for detail.
