  Thorough Knowledgeable Great Experience

  I have just had a Heat pump installed by AAC. What a great exerience! From our initial call to Simon to final commissioning by Rae the whole job was excellent. Our first meeting was thorough full of information and no hard sell. AAC left no stone unturned when it came to surveying the job which gave us confidence to go ahead with the install. The whole team have been fantastic even when removing our oil tank became a challenge! Everyday the job was left spotlessly tidy and we were kept informed every step of the way. I can't recommend AAC highly enough!

  Great Service

  We had an annual service on our heat pump system. The engineer, Raedene was very knowledgeable and professional. She was also and respectful of our home whilst doing her job, which I really appreciate. She carried out the service and answered all my questions and was very pleasant. Really pleased with the service from booking the appointment with Stacey to carrying out the service. We will be using AAC Group going forward and happy to recommend them too.

  Heat Pump

  AAC Group did an excellent job in getting my heat source pump back up and running to its full potential - they had to visit twice to get the issue sorted for me but I can’t praise them enough for the professional service. Massive shout out to Rae and Simon for getting the system working again - would recommend AAC to anyone.

  Air source heat pump installation

  We had an air source heat pump installed which included moving the tank from upstairs to downstairs. The price was very good, Simon took the time to provide as much information as he could to us for the best price. Installation was perfect, Rae worked extremely hard and was very efficient, explained the system and set up so was ready for us to use without any input needed. Site was left perfect. If anyone needs an air source heat pump, highly recommend AOC .

  The only company to use for ASHP

  AAC are the only company that I have come across in this very complex world of ASHP that I trust to work on my heat pump. They are the strongest in technical knowledge, and they are by far the best to deal with. They have helped me get my heat pump working as it should. They are great.

  Heat Pump Experts

  Enthusiastic and professional - Simon Baseden and his team installed a complete heat pump system for my bungalow, including radiators and a hot water tank. It was a lot of work, but at all times the team were respectful and kept disturbance to a minimum. At every stage they listened, made sure I was aware of my options and carried out the work with a high degree of skill Special mention should be made of lead engineer Raedene whose attention to detail made sure the finished set up is amazing. If you need a heat pump - use them. You won't be disappointed.
