  Fantastic service and price - well beyond expectations

  Nothing but praise from first call to having job completed. Despite calling when everyone wants aircon they quoted promptly and came and did the work very quickly and at a very good price. The fitters were incredibly respectful of our property and checked we were happy with everything before fitting. Left the house clean and tidy and were very easy to be around. Cannot fault the service would definitely recommend - they clearly know their stuff.

  Excellent aircon company very friendly, clean work and good prices

  This is now my second air con unit in my house. Its always a pleasure to deal with this company. The staff in the office are extremely helpful, and what is nice is that it is the same staff you get to speak to. On this occasion i had Raye who has been and serviced my air con unit before and i was lucky enough to have her and her colleague Ryan. What a great team they were. Both cat lovers so my two cats were very happy. The team were considerate and respectful the whole time and everything was left clean. Good prices too.

  great service, superb attention to detail on the install

  The team have been servicing our installation for a number of years and this year the delivery had degraded. They reviewed the install and suggested a refit, using the same kit but ina slightly different way with new tubing. The difference is another 5 degrees cooler in the room. They also installed a new wall Midea system. Both the refit and new installation were implemented with superb dilligence, keeping the customer at heart all the the way through from design to implementation. The installers were amazing, fantastic attention to detail, i could not recommend them enough

  Outstanding Service and Attention to Detail

  We have used AAC Group several times for both air-conditioning installation and annual servicing, including at our previous offices and most recently at our home garden office. The service has been exceptional every time. A big thank you to Naz for the care taken with the installation, neatly routing pipework through the garage for a clean finish and working late to complete it in one day. Thanks also to Simon for his support during the survey and quoting stage. The team are professional, reliable and a pleasure to deal with.

  Smooth and professional installation of ASHP

  I had an ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) installed by AAC Group and the whole process was a very smooth and professional experience. From the quote, measurements and installation to grant processing. Highly recommended installer.
