  fixing my air source heating system that a bad plumber messed up.

  Wow...first word professional! Raedene knows her stuff very very well. Never too much trouble to explain everything either. Raedene is the most efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, clean engineer you will EVER find. I am so so so impressed. Will never want anyone else playing with my heating except for her. She finished the job earlier than indicated and boy, what a neat job!! Thank you Raedene, you are 100% trusted. Great company too . Everyone so helpful.

  Professional, friendly and reliable team

  We recently had a Vaillant Airotherm Air Source Heat Pump installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team were professional, punctual and left everything clean and tidy. Readene was friendly, explained everything clearly and was great with my dog while I was at work which really put my mind at ease. Simon personally came over at the end to show me how to use the system properly. The heating is working brilliantly and having a maintenance agreement in place gives real peace of mind. A company local to Hawkinge, Folkestone that genuinely went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

  Amazing Customer Service

  10/10 Customer service. Simon and his team have been amazing. We recently had a problem with an ASHP fitted into our new property by a building developer. After finally contacting a company who was able to help. it was a relief to speak to someone who could understand our set up. Simon came and visited us before Christmas diagnosed the problem and was even able to keep us running for the whole of the Christmas period. Looking forward to the team coming back in the new year to update our ASHP system. We would have no hesitation in recommending AAC Group in the future. Regards Simon

  Thorough Knowledgeable Great Experience

  I have just had a Heat pump installed by AAC. What a great exerience! From our initial call to Simon to final commissioning by Rae the whole job was excellent. Our first meeting was thorough full of information and no hard sell. AAC left no stone unturned when it came to surveying the job which gave us confidence to go ahead with the install. The whole team have been fantastic even when removing our oil tank became a challenge! Everyday the job was left spotlessly tidy and we were kept informed every step of the way. I can't recommend AAC highly enough!

  Great Service

  We had an annual service on our heat pump system. The engineer, Raedene was very knowledgeable and professional. She was also and respectful of our home whilst doing her job, which I really appreciate. She carried out the service and answered all my questions and was very pleasant. Really pleased with the service from booking the appointment with Stacey to carrying out the service. We will be using AAC Group going forward and happy to recommend them too.
