  Heat Pump Engineers who actually know what they are doing.

  Excellent team who installed a heat pump and hot water cylinder for me. Initial home visit lasted over 3 hours mainly because I kept asking questions and Simon who did the assessment actually bothered to answer them fully unlike others who have visited. Team who actually did the installation were great and took the greatest care to minimise any damage when taking up carpets or laminate flooring. Cannot recommend them too highly but at the moment they only cover Kent. I understand they are busy with quite a lot of work sorting out other installers work that has problems.

  ACC Group were outstanding from start to finish. What immediately stood out was that the initial consultation was with the owner himself, who took the time to listen and clearly takes real pride in how the company operates. The work carried out by Naz and Chris was completed quickly, professionally, and to a very high standard. Both were polite, respectful, and clearly care about doing the job properly.   fixing my air source heating system that a bad plumber messed up.

  Wow...first word professional! Raedene knows her stuff very very well. Never too much trouble to explain everything either. Raedene is the most efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, clean engineer you will EVER find. I am so so so impressed. Will never want anyone else playing with my heating except for her. She finished the job earlier than indicated and boy, what a neat job!! Thank you Raedene, you are 100% trusted. Great company too . Everyone so helpful.

  Professional, friendly and reliable team

  We recently had a Vaillant Airotherm Air Source Heat Pump installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team were professional, punctual and left everything clean and tidy. Readene was friendly, explained everything clearly and was great with my dog while I was at work which really put my mind at ease. Simon personally came over at the end to show me how to use the system properly. The heating is working brilliantly and having a maintenance agreement in place gives real peace of mind. A company local to Hawkinge, Folkestone that genuinely went above and beyond. Highly recommended.
