  Heat Pump

  AAC Group did an excellent job in getting my heat source pump back up and running to its full potential - they had to visit twice to get the issue sorted for me but I can’t praise them enough for the professional service. Massive shout out to Rae and Simon for getting the system working again - would recommend AAC to anyone.

  Air source heat pump installation

  We had an air source heat pump installed which included moving the tank from upstairs to downstairs. The price was very good, Simon took the time to provide as much information as he could to us for the best price. Installation was perfect, Rae worked extremely hard and was very efficient, explained the system and set up so was ready for us to use without any input needed. Site was left perfect. If anyone needs an air source heat pump, highly recommend AOC .

  The only company to use for ASHP

  AAC are the only company that I have come across in this very complex world of ASHP that I trust to work on my heat pump. They are the strongest in technical knowledge, and they are by far the best to deal with. They have helped me get my heat pump working as it should. They are great.

  Heat Pump Experts

  Enthusiastic and professional - Simon Baseden and his team installed a complete heat pump system for my bungalow, including radiators and a hot water tank. It was a lot of work, but at all times the team were respectful and kept disturbance to a minimum. At every stage they listened, made sure I was aware of my options and carried out the work with a high degree of skill Special mention should be made of lead engineer Raedene whose attention to detail made sure the finished set up is amazing. If you need a heat pump - use them. You won't be disappointed.

  Great service from the AAC team

  The engineer that attended our site was incredibly diligent and went the extra mile to be able to complete the service and inspection. I would recommend AAC confidently as every encounter I have had either over email or site visits have been superb.

  Air Conditioning Installation

  The AAC team have been excellent in providing recommendations to make us aware of the types of AC systems available. The install was carried out to a high standard by Naz and Tristan. We were very happy with the end result. Whilst surveying for the new AC system,the owner of AAC, Simon, made an assessment of our Air Source Heat Pump set up and believes that major savings can be made by setting up the system more efficiently. The original installer did not commission it correctly. We cannot praise AAC highly enough. The job was co-ordinated by Kendhal who was spot on with all communications.
