I would definitely recommend AAB. - Great Communication: Ensured I understood every step of the process, whether by email, phone, or in person. - Reassuring & Honest: Prioritised my best interests - even advising against some work that would have been unnecessary, saving me money. - Multi-Skilled: Handling both electrical and plumbing work saved me significant time and hassle. - Friendly: Alan, Lal, and Tom were all genuinely nice people, which made the experience much more enjoyable. - Forward Thinking: Proactively considered my future needs, even with the uncertainty surrounding my plans.

Repair boiler that is not working

Alan did an amazing job. Send him a text and he responded with a call to organise a site visiit to assess the problem. He co ordinated with my tenants and visited the property swiftly and resolved this problem straight away.

Heating system was malfunctioning and required a thorough service.

Customer service was outstanding; response was immediate and a call was made to visit later in the same day. Work was extremely thorough and identified additional problems that hadn’t been considered but were demonstrated to exist. Replacement components were sourced and fitted, and advice given on servicing going forward. I can’t recommend this service more highly - I will be taking out a service contract with ABB for future heating engineering work. A flawless and outstanding all round experience - and a real pleasure to engage with during the visit.
