Alan did the survey and consulted back that it is not rising damp and house needs ventilation, so PIV fan is right solution. he arranged very professionally and also has been very proactive in communicating. now PIV fan has been installed, hopefully it will solve the damp issue, keeping it under watch

Issue confirmed as condensation (relief as thought it might be penetrating damp) and had PIV unit installed. Great improvement so far. Alan and colleague were helpful, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up once PIV installed and payment was quick and easy. I would recommend their services.
