What a fantastic experience! If only all tradespeople were like this. The initial visit was most informative and helpful, and the subsequent job completed efficiently and to our total satisfaction. Alan and Paul are genuine people, eager to deal with your particular issues - they were not fazed by the several difficulties of our requirements, but persevered to find a pleasing and effective solution. Alan came to service my PIV Unit. He came when he said he would, was polite and friendly, and did a great job. He also offered good advice, and I would highly recommend him.

Absolutely fantastic. We had issues with damp in the house and didn’t know where to turn. We were quoted by other companies a lot of money and for things we already had that we didn’t know. Alan came out and give us a lot of helpful advice he wasn’t pushy like other companies. He’s very knowledgable and he’s give us a lot of advice for the future. Couldn’t recommend him more. Alan, completed a survey for damp in the property and replaced the piv unit in the property. He was very helpful and thorough offering guidance and asneered all of the questions i had for him about the porperty.

Alan is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Explained the issues we were having weren’t in fact damp but excess condensation. Came up with a solution and was on site the day after to sort the job. Excellent service.
