  The entire AA7 team were excellent, from start to finish. Every aspect of our planned refurbishment was discussed, and Alex and Dessy assisted in our decision-making with professionalism and creativity. Their knowledge of products, of feasibility and of practicality was invaluable. We were fully involved and updated at every step of the way, and they patiently and clearly answered our questions! No detail was too small or unimportant and anything we raised was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. During the build Alex as Project Manager was at pains to make sure we knew what the plan was week
