Oliver was the most responsive from the tradespeople I contacted and was polite and efficient. He was also the most reasonable for price. He said he would give the old patio set to a charity which I thought was a great idea, rather than disposing as waste. He and his colleague were tidy and swept up after themselves. Very prompt when responding to all my communications and the price was reasonable. It was a relatively small job (office clearance/disposal with some items for home delivery) but 3 floors up with an impossibly steep and narrow stairwell. A team of 3 well-presented, polite young men arrived punctually, swiftly got the items out of building with minimum fuss and without causing any wall damage. In transit, those items being kept were protected and delivered to my home promptly.
