Done a great job

Explained everything he had to do in detail and gave his advice on what was best to do with the carpet in the room.

The work left by Ian as absolutely first class. The vinyl was very stiff and awkward to work with but Ian managed to lay it and still keep the pattern parallel to the length of the hall as the photo demonstrates. All of the other finishing touches are as neat as you would like. Ian is a tradesman of the old school with a traditional work ethic and we’ll have no hesitation of recommending him to anyone who will listen 👍

Ian contacted me just after I posted the job request. Communication was great and Ian was very flexible when I was let down by the flooring company and had to push the job by 2 days. He did a great job and I will contact him again if I need to replace any more flooring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
